International Orders

Ordering from AyaGroup.com is easy for international buyers. You can either order online (see below) OR you can email us for a quote.  Additionally, we can use your UPS or Fedex account to ship so we don't charge you shipping, simply email us what you need, quantity and full address.

We can use your UPS/Fedex account to ship if you prefer (we will verify the account is valid).

After you Add to Cart, click on the Change link (see below in red circle).

A pop-up window will appear (select your country, enter your postal code and province/state).  USPS Priority Mail® International - 6 - 10 Days $XXX.XX willl appear which is the shipping fees to your country.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

  • If you selected UPS, click here and enter your tracking #
  • If you selected USPS, click here and enter your tracking #

We currently ship internationally via UPS, USPS Express Mail International (6 business days) and USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days). All orders will be insured. International order takes approximately three to five business days to process as we need to verify your payment detail and tracking # will be emailed when your order ships.

Accepted payments:

To avoid any delays with your order process, please provide us with as much information for your order and include a telephone #. Customers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes that may be levied by their respective governments or by the shipping carrier.

Countries outside of North America uses a 220V power and products we carry uses 110V. You would have to purchase a 220V power from your local country. Please be aware that many product warranties do not provide coverage outside of the U.S., and some products may not be exported due to manufacturer's restrictions or U.S. law.  

Return Policy for International Orders are different from our regular U.S. Return Policy. If the item is defective and you need a replacement, you must pay for the shipping of the replacement back and forth (both ways).
